Tunebite

Tunebite is universal audio and video converting software that can remove copy protection from music and video files at high speed. Tunebite converts all significant unprotected audio and video file formats to unprotected MP3, WMA, M4A, WAV and OGG formats for use on mobile devices and PCs.
Tunebite uses "Virtual soundcard" technology i.e. it simply re-records the song or video using internal playback to save it as a non-DRM file.
The software supports batch file conversion mode with up to 9 files in parallel. Maximum summary converting speed is 27X on Windows XP and 9X on Windows Vista.
Tunebite includes a number of useful functions: mobile device synchronization, CD burning function for audio and MP3 CDs, mobile phone ringtone generator and audio stream recorder function.
The program interface is well-designed. You can configure audio and video file encoding settings, set and organize the output folder, select the desired file tagging options, configure your mobile device settings etc.
TuneBite can add ID3 tag information, album art and lyrics to the converted files.

There are three editions of Tunebite available: Tunebite Classic, Tunebite Premium and Tunebite Platinum.

Tunebite Premium

The next Tunebite edition converts both DRM-protected and non-protected audio files into regular formats. It includes all features of Classic edition featuring the ability to convert non protected MP3, MP2, WMA, WMA Pro, OGG, M4B, AAC, AMR, AU, FLAC, AC3 and WAV files. Another bonus feature is the Audio Stream Recorder for certain web sites with music services.

Tunebite Platinum

Tunebite Platinum includes the feature to convert DRM-protected and unprotected films and video clips. As a software, it has the same features as Tunebite Premium edition plus video conversion function for WMV, M4V, AVI, XVID, DIVX, 3ivx, 3GP, 3G2, MPEG, MPG, MOV, RM, FLV, ASV, DV and H.264 files. Tunebite video converter uses the technology when video is grabbed from the desktop right after it was painted, so Tunebite video playback window may not be obscured by any other program windows during conversion process. In this case the converted video files will include junk images.
