MuvAudio

MuvAudio is Windows application for recording the audio of most audio/video files which are playable by Windows Media Player into MP3, WMA, OGG, MP4, FLAC, WAV and some other formats. It allows you to remove DRM protection from various audio files and easily converts the audio of the following filetypes: MP3, WMV, WMA, DVR-MS, RMI, MPEG, MPG, MPE, MIV, MP2, WAV, IVF, MPV2, MP2V, MPA, AIF, AIFC, AIFF, AU, SND, ASF, WVX, WMX and AVI. And besides you can add support for M4A, MP4, AAC, OGG, FLAC, SPX, MPC, APE, WV, OFR, OFS and TTA by installing additional plugins for your Windows Media Player.
MuvAudio software uses "Virtual soundcard" technology. In other words the program simply re-records the original protected file while playback.
The software can convert multiple files simultaneously (up to 10) to achieve summary converting speed of up to 10X real-time.
The converted files in MP3, WMA, OGG and FLAC formats automatically get the file tag information from the original file including the Author, Title, Album, Year, Genre, and Track Number.
The program also has a well-designed interface. You can easily configure file encoding settings, output filename settings, output folder settings, select the desired file tagging options etc.

MuvAudio is a good solution for audio file conversion, however it doesn't support protected iTunes format (M4P). We can also mention that MuvAudio is not a video converter in common understanding. Software video conversion function is limited to recording the audio part of the file.
